Terms of use
The rules for using IntoSQL: what you can do, what we promise and what we don't.
These terms apply to intosql.com and the tools IntoSQL offers there. Using them means you accept these terms.
Using IntoSQL
- You can use the converter for personal and commercial work.
- You are responsible for the files you convert and for having the right to use them.
- Don't use IntoSQL to break the law, to attack the site or other people, or to overload it on purpose.
Your data
Files you convert on the site stay on your computer; see the privacy page. You keep every right to your data and to the SQL IntoSQL writes from it.
What we promise
We work to make the SQL correct, and every change IntoSQL makes to your data is listed in its report. Check the result before you rely on it in production, the same as with any tool that moves data.
What we don't promise
IntoSQL is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost profit or indirect damage caused by using it. Keep a copy of your original files.
Accounts
If you create an account, keep your password safe and tell us at alfonso [at] vexilo [dot] com if someone else got into it. We may close accounts that break these terms, and we tell you why.
Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. If a change matters to how you use IntoSQL, we tell account holders by email before it applies.
